  • Autoimmune hemolytic anemia, IgG-mediated, drug, Transfusion Complications

Investigations

• Hemolysis Work-up :
  • High retic, bilirubin (unconjugated), LDH
  • Low haptoglobin
  • PBS shows:Schistocytes or Spherocytosis
  • DAT + = Immune

Treatment

RBC transfusion
