Minimal change disease
Autoimmune condition (Nephrotic syndrome (>3.5)), injury to podocyte

- Damage to glomeruli → protein “leaks out”
- Called minimal change - because can only see changes under electron microscope!
- vs. primary FSGN :
- Not visible under microscope
- No scarring yet - respond well to Prednisone
- Common in children!
- Can be primary or secondary
