• Increased cardiac output
  • Elevated sBP
    • Widened Pulse Pressure (sBP - dBP)
  • ↑ Tachycardia (>150)
  • Systolic flow Murmurs (SEM, LUSB, systolic)
• !Hypercalcemia - ↑Ca (> 2.5)
  • PTH-independent ↑Ca
• Neurologic exam:
  • Hyper-reflexia
  • Tremor
  • Proximal muscle weakness
