  • Coagulopathy
    • Prolonged PT/INR (<1)
  • Primary Hemostasis Problems
    • VWD - Von Willebrand disease
  • Thrombosis ALI (4)
    • Anti-clotting factors
• Low Albumin (40)
  • Lead to Ascites and Peripheral edema
  • Sarcopenia

Tests:

1. CBC → Plt - Platelet (>150)
   • Portal Hypertension → Splenomegaly
2. LFT - Liver Function Test
   1. PT/INR (<1) (prolonged when 70% hepatocyte loss)
   2. Albumin (40)
   3. Bilirubin (<20) (conjugated)
