Effect:

• Block PNS signal to the bladder, decrease spastic contraction of detrusor muscles

Conditions:

• OAB - Overactive Bladder

CI:

• Open Angle Glaucoma

Side effects:

• Anti-cholinergic effects
  • Xerostomia (Dry mouth)
  • Dry eyes
  • Constipation
  • Urinary retention (overshot)
  • M1 (non-selective)
    • Confusion
    • Drowsiness
  • M2 (non-selective)
    • ↑ Tachycardia (>150)
